Pinnawala Elephant orphanage

The Pinnawala Elephant Orphanage is one of the most famous wildlife conservation centers in Sri Lanka. It is located in Pinnawala, near the town in Kegalle in cecentral province. 


This orphanage was created to provide care and protection for orphaned, injured, and abandoned elephants found in different parts of the country.
